Listening to your inner truth

For me, a question I’m often asked is, “how do I listen to my inner-truth”? Everyday, we’re faced with constant distractions with events, people and interruptions – so how do you find that time to connect to your subconscious?

I always believe that the answers to your most important questions or worries are often found in your inner thoughts. So to connect to your subconscious, I would recommend taking a step back and thinking about the situation that you need to think about. If you have the time, have a rock salt bath to help wash away the negativity and to get your mind back to center. This will cleanse you mentally as well as physically, and to awaken the senses.

I believe meditation is important; to connect to your inner truth, you need to be alone in your own thoughts with no distractions. When you’re meditating, you can focus on yourself and think about nothing – then your own personal deep thoughts come through. A lot of people have opinions or comments in certain situations in your life and it’s important to awaken you subconscious to make the right decision.
